Return Eligibility
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The return request must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, misuse, alteration, or improper handling.
Please note that we do not accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
- Products returned after the 15-day return window.
Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by email and include clear photographs of the issue.
Manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours of delivery will be eligible for review and may qualify for a replacement or return at no additional cost.
Any damage reported after 24 hours of delivery may be considered damage caused after receipt and may not qualify for a free return or replacement.
Handmade Leather Product Variations
All Mad Leather products are handcrafted using genuine full-grain buffalo leather.
Because leather is a natural material and each product is handmade, minor variations may occur, including:
- Slight differences in leather texture and grain.
- Natural leather markings and scars.
- Minor color tone variations.
- Slight stitching variations.
- Hardware or buckle variations based on availability.
These natural characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and therefore do not qualify for free returns, refunds, or exchanges.
These unique variations are part of the authenticity and craftsmanship of genuine leather products.
Return Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Shipping charges paid during purchase are non-refundable.
Mad Leather reserves the right to reject returns if products are returned damaged, used, incomplete, or without original packaging.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund amount will be credited within 5–7 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for products that are:
- Damaged during transit.
- Defective due to manufacturing issues.
- Incorrectly shipped by our team.

Approved exchanges will be processed for the same product or an equivalent replacement where applicable.
