Order Processing & Dispatch
All prepaid orders are processed within 12–24 hours after successful payment confirmation.
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details once the order is dispatched.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may submit a return or replacement request according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Made-to-Order Leather Products
At Mad Leather, many of our premium buffalo leather bags and accessories are handcrafted in limited batches. Certain products may be made to order or under production at the time of purchase to ensure superior craftsmanship and leather quality.
In such cases, dispatch times may vary slightly. Customers will be informed promptly if additional production time is required.
Delivery timelines may also be affected by public holidays, extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or courier-related delays.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are generally processed on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
